Usage Method

1. Use an ESR tube (containing 3.8% sodium citrate dilution) to collect a blood sample, mix the blood and additives fully and in time, and place the pipette with tube on the ESR rack in a horizontal position.

2. Put the ESR pipette vertically into the ESR tube. The leak-proof tube ensures that the blood can rise along the ESR pipette and reach the "0" scale accurately, and stop the operation. Note: Ensure the accuracy of the graduation. It must be ensured that the ESR pipette touches the bottom of the ESR tube, and the ESR pipette remains vertical on the ESR rack.

3. Stand upright for 1 hour, observe the blood height in the erythrocyte sedimentation pipette, and measure the decrease of red blood cells, the unit is mm/h.

4. Do a good job in the protection work during the operation to ensure safety, and properly keep the blood samples and laboratory equipment after the test.
