5.Urine specimen container for vacuum tube-Instruction for Use

I. Open the lid counterclockwise. (Note: Do not touch or peel the label).

II. Put the lid on a clean surface. (Note: Do not touch the nozzle and the inner surface of the lid and container)

III. Collect a urine sample. Recommended volume: 60ml.

IV. Tighten the lid on the cup clockwise and send the container to the test center.

V. Gently shake the urine specimen.

VI. Partially remove the protective label from the cap.

VII. Insert the vacuum tube into the cavity and press down gently. The needle will stick into the tube. Press and hold the tube until it is full.

VIII. Remove the tube when it is completely full and re-apply the protective label to the hole.

IX. Gently shake the urine tube and finish the sampling process.
